Consignees must check goods upon delivery. After confirmation, no claims can be processed.

Delays caused by incorrect or unreachable phone numbers are not the responsibility of HIC Logistics.

Customs delays, penalties, destruction, or inspection outcomes are government actions for which HIC is not responsible.

Uninsured shipments are only covered up to $100 (including freight).
Claims for insured shipments must be filed with the insurance company.

Items such as liquids, gold, cash, passports, and restricted goods are not allowed.
If prohibited items are sent, all resulting penalties are the customerβs responsibility.

Natural disasters, weather issues, strikes, or political events causing delays are beyond our control.

π© Recovered Lost Shipments:
If a lost shipment is recovered later, payable freight and dues must be covered, and compensation refunded.

Each carton should ideally weigh 25 kg. Airlines may merge lighter cartons.

If offloaded, shipments will be forwarded on the next available flight.
